Our Projects
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Chennai & Mumbai
At BARC, we are currently pursuing two project. The first one is the electrification of ECRIS facility, where we are commissioning lighting, instrumentation and power cables along with a UPS system and power panel. The interesting thing here is that we are not allowed to drill a single hole in the wall as the room is going to be filled with radiation which can leak out due to the holes. This project is at its end stage and expected to finish by next month. In another project, we are providing control panels, motors, power cables and a battery bank at the RLG facility. The main challenge here is the implementation of an adequate modbus scheme, so that the panels can function correctly with their existing online SCADA control system. This project is expected to finish January 2026
TATA Memorial Cancer Hospital, Mumbai
We are involved in the supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of two 2500kVA transformers, 33kV Vaccum Circuit Breakers (VSBs) and complete electrification for installation, connection, and functional operation of electrical systems and infrastructure for the hospital development.
Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd Head Quarters, Bangalore
We supplied state-of-the-art control panels to refurbish the Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd headquarters located in Bangalore in 2023 worth a total of INR 65 Lakh Rupees within a span of 8 months.
Hindustan Shipyard, Andhra Pradesh
In 2020, we successfully supplied and commissioned a cutting-edge 2000kVA transformer and installed 400 square mm cables, overcoming the challenge of laying them underwater beneath the jetty for a total distance of 7,500 meters. Additionally, we played a direct role in supplying and commissioning control panels and batteries for the submarine.
In 2016, Jyoti Electro Systems was entrusted with the task of relaying 2,500 meters of 400 square mm cables and installing various control panels, paving the way for our collaboration with Hindustan Shipyard.
National Dairy Development Board, Odisha
Jyoti Electro Systems was entrusted with delivering comprehensive electrical infrastructure and systems to meet the energy demands of 15 dairy factories across India, including milk plants, ice cream plants, and dry powder plants. For the Ajmer Dairy Project in 2020, we supplied three transformers of up to 2500kVA capacity and 1010kVA Diesel Generator (D.G) sets, complete with a 30-meter chimney stack. At the Bhilwara Dairy Project, we provided two 2000kVA transformers and two 750kVA Diesel Generator (D.G) sets, with a 30-meter chimney stack installed on-site.
Chattisgarh Housing Board, Raipur
Jyoti Electro Systems was entrusted with delivering comprehensive electrical infrastructure and systems valued at ₹3.96 crore for the housing board’s development of 200 houses in Raipur. Our scope included supplying feeder pillars for each housing unit, residential meter boards, installing 100 kilometers of cable, and providing high-mast lights, streetlights, and indoor lighting for the entire project.
Calsberg Brewery, India and Nepal
Jyoti Electro Systems was entrusted with providing comprehensive electrical infrastructure and systems for 15 breweries across India, including locations in Dharuhera, Ajmer, Aurangabad, Mysore, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, and an international brewery project in Nepal. Our contributions included supplying Diesel Generator (DG) sets, transformers up to 1000kVA, control panels, and executing complex HT works for the installation of 33kV substations.
